The Clark County Chapter of NAAFA includes Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson. It is the intent of the chapter to work on projects to support the local size-acceptance community and the valley community at large. The mission of the Clark County Chapter of NAAFA is to facilitate the mission and goals of the national organization within Clark County, Nevada.
Our purpose is to support the size diversity community in Clark County through educational and volunteer social support projects.
Darliene has been a resident of Las Vegas since her retirement in 2005 and a volunteer for NAAFA since 2001. Her work career was in County Government service; ending as a Department Analyst in Human Resources. She is the Secretary on the National NAAFA Board of Directors and a member of the End Bullying Now Steering Committee.
Dawn (aka Nikki) has lived in Las Vegas since her move from Florida in 2005 and has been a NAAFA member since 2013. Dawn has a heart for volunteering as evidenced by her work with Habitat for Humanity, the Red Cross and the Vegas Artists Guild. She is a former member of the Kingdom of Albion (historical reenactment group) and currently serves as community liaison with the End Bullying Now campaign.
Lynnette has been a Las Vegas resident for more than 20 years, originally from New York, and has been a NAAFA member for more than 10 years. Lynnette has worked in accounting for over 20 yrs, including payroll, accounts payable, invoicing, data entry, etc. She has degrees in data information systems and business administration..
